Inspired by The Feet Of a Ballerina

The subtle styling of the elegantly modern Varna 2nd generation series is inspired by the gracefully arched feet of a ballerina. The name Varna itself is taken from the famed city of Varna in Bulgaria, home to the International Ballet Competition. The series is an avant-garde combination of five types of surfaces – walnut veneer, meteor gray laminate, tinted glass, aluminum alloy and mocha colored lacquer – making it a uniquely stylish design series which is modern and elegant at the same time. Equipped with state of art wire management system it is designed to ensure optimum functionality. Needless to say the elegant Varna series personifies our design philosophy of Function, Form, Feel, Flair and Flamboyance…in that order.

Art, Creativity & Integration – The slanted aluminum alloy leg of the Varna is a specially created piece of art involving multiple processes. The 3D molded, VFF polished leg has not one, not two but 6 diamond like facets which simulate the graceful muscles of a ballerina. The leg tapers smoothly from a wider top to a slimmer base that is shaped like the arch of a ballerina’s ankle supported on the big toe. The multi-dimensional, muscular leg imparts the desk with a confident & powerful character.

A Unique Combination of Multiple Surface Textures Our objective of a luxurious finish is achieved by minute detailing and design elements that quietly enhance the richness of the desk. The Varna is designed using a combination of warm, open pore walnut veneer, mocha colored glossy lacquer, brown tinted glass and meteor gray smooth laminate. The multi textured surfaces are conceived to impart the desk a timeless elegance with vibrant modern looks.

Seamlessly Integrated Wire Management – The Varna is equipped with inbuilt wire management system to internally route all wirings connecting to the wirebox placed on the desktop. The wirebox itself is covered with the same veneer finish as the desktop making it merge with the grains of the rest of the tabletop. The wirebox includes three power and one internet ports. The groove of the wirebox is equipped with a brush strip to prevent dust accumulation inside.

Inwardly Chamfered Desktop Edges– Unlike the usual right angled edges of a desktop the Varna has chamfered edges created with a 3D double sided absorption process. From the tabletop to the edges and even the underside the wood grain is continuous and without joints providing an impeccable surface finish. The curved corners of the table top along with the chamfering are a result of our eye for finer details that subtly enhance the richness of design aesthetics of Varna.

Smart Biometric Lock – The drawer of the side cabinet is equipped with smart, high protection finger print operated electronic lock to provide maximum security to your confidential documents as well convenience of use. The storage drawer itself is built with Hettich bottom rail for smooth operation and handling.

Integrated Concealed Wireless Charger – Reflecting our thoughtful design philosophy this is yet another convenience feature built into the design of the Varna. On the top of the side cabinet is a hidden wireless charger integrated on the top surface. When you place your wireless charging enabled mobile phone on the charging spot your phone automatically charges without needing any cable (Only available in 10 feet Table).
